Verify Data Width report

Choose Reports Verify Data Width to compare the actual size of the data in a file to the definition of the corresponding field. The report shows number of records that exceed the criteria selected, specifies data type and identifies the length of the longest element to exceed the length criteria. Figure 8–14 shows an example of a Verify Data Width report for all tables of the SPORTS database.

The Print option lets you print the report or write it to a file.
